Tuesday, June 22
Memphis at Toledo: Tommy Parsons 6:05
Springfield at Tulsa: Alvaro Seijas? 7:05
Peoria at Wisconsin: Jack Ralston 7:05
Palm Beach vs. Ft. Myers TBA 5:30 (CT)June 22, 2021 at 6:27 pm #164556The strongest showing of any prospect has to be Jordan Walker. He just clubbed his 6th home run in the canyon like Florida ballparks. Compare what he has done versus Gorman in the same ballparks and nearly the same age.
June 22, 2021 at 8:02 pm #164573Gorman not in the lineup. I don’t think he played Sunday either. Hope he is day to day.
June 22, 2021 at 9:30 pm #164586I have another candidate for the top 30 list, Dioys Rodriguez. He has limited experience, but might be player of the day today, as he struck out 6 in 3 hitless innings for Palm Beach.
June 22, 2021 at 10:55 pm #164591Sweet recognition of the feisty young Dominican, Cardinals27. Dionys Andry Rodriguez. He’s one who’ll keep coming at you. He definitely could be a household name in these waters in another year.
June 23, 2021 at 5:55 am #164597The #stlcards system suffered through another 0-4 night on Tuesday, with the pitching yielding 33 opposing runs. A bright spot was 32-year-old Kevin McGovern, who gave up just one run in five innings in his Cardinals starting debut for Springfield. (free) https://t.co/3SQGvnh2Sv pic.twitter.com/QSNqccVW7b

June 23, 2021 at 5:57 am #164598Wednesday, June 23
Memphis at Toledo: Connor Thomas 6:05
Springfield at Tulsa: Tyler Pike 7:05
Peoria at Wisconsin: Connor Lunn 12:05
Palm Beach vs. Ft. Myers: John Beller 5:30 (CT)June 23, 2021 at 5:36 pm #164642Nunez with a homer, Castillo with a grand slam as Peoria scores 10 runs in the 8th and 9th innings to win 13-6. 7 strong innings by Lunn with 8 Ks.
June 23, 2021 at 8:22 pm #164663Gian Delatri was mentioned by some posters last year. He sure has been briefly fantastic for Palm Beach. But he sounds like he has been injured quite a bit. 5 1/3 1 hit allowed, 9 Ks as of last inning. Normally, I would not mention someone after 4 games, but this year for Cards pitching prospects has even brief dominance on my radar.
June 23, 2021 at 8:45 pm #164664Great shout-out to Gianluca “Moose” Dalatri, Cardinals27! I don’t care if it’s done in a Scranton, PA beer league……a 0.25 WHIP warrants some very serious attention.
June 23, 2021 at 9:54 pm #164667In the 9th, Springfields manager/third base coach sent Gorman trying to score from second with one out, and was thrown out. According to Tulsa’s announcer this is the right fielder 6th outfield assist in this young season. Why would you send him? He was out by 4 or 5 feet. Of course, the next batter, Baker, hits a fly ball to left that would have scored Gorman, which would have tied it. So Schilt is not the only one making bad decisions.

Memphis at Toledo: Matthew Liberatore 6:05
Springfield at Tulsa: Andre Pallante 7:05
Peoria at Wisconsin: Logan Gragg 7:05
Palm Beach vs. Ft. Myers: Ludwin Jimenez 5:30 (CT)June 24, 2021 at 6:38 pm #164709Jimenez off to a good start for Palm Beach. Hope he can start getting deeper into the games. Also wondering if Flores’ rotation spot would be covered in house, or maybe they’d call up Pallante. He has deserved it.
June 24, 2021 at 10:41 pm #164737Jimenez went 5 strong( 8 K’s ) in Palm Beach’s 5-4 win tonight. Jordan Walker with a couple more ringing doubles and Jew with 4 singles in 5 at bats.
June 24, 2021 at 10:52 pm #164739Jimenez went 5 strong( 8 K’s ) in Palm Beach’s 5-4 win tonight.
He also walked the bases loaded at least once
June 25, 2021 at 8:04 am #164753Palm Beach walked off with the #stlcards system’s only win in three tries on Thursday. Jacob Buchberger and Tommy Jew were key to the victory but Memphis and Springfield both went down to defeat. Peoria’s road contest was suspended. Memphis at Toledo: TBA 6:05
Springfield at Tulsa: Dalton Roach 7:05
Peoria at Wisconsin: Michael YaSenka 7:05 (preceded by completion of Thursday’s suspended game)
Palm Beach vs. Ft. Myers: Jose Moreno 5:30 (CT)June 25, 2021 at 9:48 am #16475914NyquisT
ParticipantMemphis has had some time to make a decision about the Flores spot that comes up today. Pallante pitched last night for Springfield and there is very few options to bring up for the MEM start.
The options for the Redbirds are Dayton who was skipped over for his last turn. Black? Warner had two decent starts earlier in this month in double-headers. Is Seijas ready to come off the IL?
One of the two newbies on the roster… Dickson or Waddell? I always try to figure these starting spots out and I’m usually wrong. The team knows but they aren’t saying.
June 25, 2021 at 9:15 pm #164803Memphis getting cock-a-doodle-dued 5-0 by Toledo’s Mud Hens thus far tonight. Memphis starter, Thompson, got pecked to death in his 4 innings of labor. Still more baseball to be played, so stay tuned.
June 25, 2021 at 10:17 pm #164805Five batters OPSing at or near .850 in the Springfield lineup.
June 26, 2021 at 7:22 am #164818The #stlcards system was 3-2 on Friday. Our Player of the Day is Peoria right fielder Jhon Torres, who was 2-for-4 including a three-run home run and two runs scored in the @peoriachiefs' twin bill Game 2 win. (free) https://t.co/62wHXZOhEW pic.twitter.com/R84bUU2LK1

Memphis at Toledo: Grant Black 6:05
Springfield at Tulsa: Dominigo Robles 7:05
Peoria at Wisconsin: Nick Trogrlic-Iverson 7:05
Palm Beach vs. Ft. Myers: Levi Prater 5:30 (CT)June 26, 2021 at 4:59 pm #164849Tommy “Gun” Jew is getting red hot. After a very slow start, quite understandable since this is his first professional season, he is adding his name to a growing list of outfield prospects.
June 26, 2021 at 10:34 pm #164866bccran
ParticipantPrater walks 7 in 4 2/3 innings.
Bet he hasn’t done that since little league. -
