Quinn was a bit wild tonight. It looked like he was trying to over-execute most everything. The end result was more fine than bad as he only gave up one run through 4. Just 68 pitches. I was a bit surprised he wasn’t out there for the 5th but it’s fine. It’s hot. Keep him rested for a big league stint.

Andrew Williamson has gotten off to a really bad start to his pro career. 19 PA and 10 strikeouts.

A glance at the other draftees it doesn’t look like the others had a good first week or so of action either. Obvious small sample size caveat though

Cinjtje has been great tonight. 6 innings, no runs or walks, 11 Ks.

Another pitcher to watch is one I’ve followed for a while. Davila was stalled for a while, but has a live arm. He’s at Springfield now. It looks like he added a splitter. And we could All the minor league relievers we can get.

Very nice to see Luna returned today playing DH. Carrior and Rojas are back as well. Although Carrior hasn’t played well.

Indeed Luna is back. I kind of wonder where he’ll start next year? I assume he’d be playing stateside at FCL.
