This organization is really stacked with pitching. Both the Twins and the Mariners really need pitching.I don’t understand why they aren’t hounding Mo to send them some of that pitching in a trade. Maybe they are. Or maybe we’re overvaluing our pitching. Our front office could overpay for a quality outfield prospect from one of these teams, and not hurt the Cardinals organization. CMart could be the headliner in a trade, and we could give them another 1 or 2 quality pitchers for Kirilloff or Kelenic or Julio Rodriguez. The Mariners, in particular, have 4 outfield prospects in their Top 10, so they could easily afford to give up Kelenic or Julio Rodriguez. The Twins have plenty of offense and a very good starting outfield as it is. They could give up Kirilloff or Larnach. It’s hard to figure what’s the problem. Mo has done business with both of these teams font offices. I guess it’s the human element. The executive that makes the final decision doesn’t trust himself enough to act.
