I just read on MSN that MLB is going to implement the Golden Atbat rule for spring training next year – 2026.

Surely to high Heaven they will never do something like this in a real game.

Sorry, I looked through the first several pages and didn’t see one. That’s been almost five months ago so I guess I forgot. Feel free to delete.

But at the time we didn’t realize it was going to be tested during spring training 2026. Did we?
