Several are incorrect. You can see the ones that matter in a previous Rule 5 thread.

I think Cho is right for this fall, but Peete and Jurrangelo Cijntje are next year per Brian in a different thread. (I asked the question if they were eligible this fall and he answered!)

According to one publication I read, these players will be/are free agents when the season ends. Schuster has already declared. Are there others I have missed?

    Jose Davila
    Bruno Lopez
    Ramon Mendoza
    Ryan Murphy
    Sem Robberse
    Darlin Saladin
    Juan Salas
    Jared Shuster
    Andy Yerzy

Zack Thompson is a question mark since I don’t know his contract status.

I believe Randal Clemente will also be a free agent. The rest of your list looks correct I think although Lopez wasn’t on my radar so I’m not sure on him. There also may be a few additional guys who signed Minor League contracts who could be gone. There is rarely ever information about those contracts so you never know if they are one year or multiple years.

As for Thompson, I’m almost sure he will be a free agent – assuming he doesn’t retire young.

Clemente is probably the most interesting name assuming he is indeed eligible to be a free agent. Davila had a good year as well, but he’s more likely to be an organizational soldier than ever make the Majors. And speaking of organizational soldiers, it’s sad to see Mendoza likely depart. He’s been in the organization for what seems like forever now.

I thought drafted players have to have 7 minor league seasons to be free agents.and aren’t international signings have 6 seasons? I would like to see Davila resigned, as we might need more depth if there is a lockout.

Peete and Cijntje are Rule 5 eligible after the 2027 season.

Here is something I pulled from MLB rules page:

A player becomes eligible to sign with any organization as a minor league free agent when he has played six full minor-league seasons with the club that drafted him. If a player is released, he becomes a minor league free agent upon expiration of any subsequent contract he signs.

    And:

Team Control Period: Amateur players signed via the draft or international free agency are generally under team control for 7 seasons (or 6 full minor league seasons) before reaching minor league free agency, provided they are not placed on the 40-man roster.

I’m not sure about Thompson. MLB gave the Cards one more year due to him being injured all of 2025. I don’t think MLB will give another year because of same reason. I’d be intrigued to keep him. We don’t have many lefty relievers behind Santana.

Of the minor league free agents I’d like to keep Robberse, Mendoza and Davila. Perhaps Robberse and Davila could be valuable relievers. Mendoza has a quality bat and is a good utility guy. I really like Davilas finish this season.
