One of my sons doesn’t have cable and he does have MLB.TV and a VPN which he says allows him to get around all the blackouts. I am thinking of going that route and ditching cable.

Bottom of 6. Hudson sitting at 69 pitches now as we open up the inning.

Garcia grounds out to Arenado at 3rd.

NaQuin flies out to a racing Nooty, as he snags it right at the intersection of the left field line and the wall….sweet.

Drury pops out to Goldy at 1st and Hudson registers yet another quick and effective inning.

ZTR I watch the games most times on my laptop. Find free streams that run about a minute behind. Plug your computer into your tv. Its free that way. Can also follow the game on your phone
Cardinals official website. Hit gameday at the bottom. Your son could also help you with it.My kids keep me up with the tech!

Top of 7. Wilson center stage for the Redlegs

Arenado grounds it right up the middle for a hit…..and even with that hit, Arenado’s hefty batting average will take a bit of a hit today with his 1-4 effort…..unless he bats once more and gets a hit, then it’s about a push.

Albert raps into a twin killing.

    Nooty strikes out gazing.

Bottom of 7. Hudson with 79 pitches to open the inning. August 31st of 2020 was the last time Hudson saw a 7th inning from a pitching mound…. it’s been awhile.

Pham first pitch swinging grounds it neatly out to Paulie at short who will glove it and routinely wing her on over to Goldy at 1st for the out.

Votto on 3-2 foul tips it into Knizner’s glove for strike 3.

Farmer walks….. Hudson’s 4th free pass. And that 92nd pitch will be his last as Marmol is strolling out to snag him. Great game Mr. Hudson!

Andre Pallante, sporting a rather nifty 1.80 era, now dealing for St. Louis.

    Senzel strikes out looking.

Worst contract has to be Upton isn’t it? Like 28 mil and was told to GTFOH by LAA management.

Hunter Strickland the main man for Cincinnati here in the 8th.

Bader – on 3-2 he walks on an inside hard one that nearly nailed him in the midsection….would have been a shame to get hit with 3 balls already on you….. anything less that 3 balls is always a good thing though, as long as there’s no injury associated with the act. Steals 2nd base.

PDJ on 3-2 strikes out looking.

Knizner – Now Bader steals 3rd too successfully. Bader’s 3rd theft on the day. Knizner walks.

Edman grounds a hard base hit into right and Bader can crawl home with the Cards 5th run if he would choose to do so. Well the cubbies won 21-0 today….no reason why we couldn’t too.

Goldy pops out to Votto in fair play about 5 yards in front of home plate for our #2.

Carlson grounds out 3-1 to retire the side.

Bottom of the 8th. Pallante still pitching.

Moran grounds it out to short where PDJ will field it and fling it on over to Goldy at 1st for the out

Lopez whacks a base hit to right that will glance off Carlson’s glove, but not to the extent of any possible advancement further than 1st.

Garcia pops out to Goldy in foul turf for out #2.

    NaQuin grounds out 5-3.

CardsFan64 must be having a grand time in Cincy today. Will look forward to his report.

Moreta on for Cincy here in the 9th.

Arenado whiffs looking, making him 1-5 on the day.

Albert pops out to Farmer on the left side of the infield for the second out.

Nooty on 3-2 strikes out swinging. Glad we didn’t see this guy earlier today.

Hey there’s been a Woodford sighting out in the Cards bullpen…..I was beginning to think he was a fugitive from the law or something…..he does kind of look a bit like Harrison Ford…not Harrison Bader but Ford.

But it is not Woodford, but Kodi Whitley on here in the 9th. Hey that’s not a couple of FBI guys down there prowling around the Cardinal bullpen is it?

Drury – Pops out to PDJ at short.

    Pham whiffs.

Votto grounds it down to Goldy at 1st and he’ll take it to the bag all by himself to end this ballgame.

    Your Happy Final:
