Nice to see the Redbirds stake Waino to a big lead!

And he follows it up with another 450 bomb to LCF. 7-0

We are witnessing Edmundo Sosa and Tyler O’Neill come into their own…….and Marcell Ozuna get carted off to jail for God knows how long.

So Marcell and his other half going at it again. I wonder who won this round.

Something tells me Marcell had the upper hand in this one, Euro, avenging his defeat last year. Thank God we didn’t resign him. I knew he’d be trouble, fresh off signing a new lucrative deal…..but I didn’t imagine this kind of trouble. Hopefully his wife is ok.

Rondon with a 10 pitch AB, lines out. He looks promising. How’s that for a small sample?

Lol at Brenly. “Reyes sprayin em all over the place.”

Fortunately, he wove a few good ones around all the wild ones.

This is bad anger. God please help both of them.

“ At 12:26 p.m. Saturday, Sandy Springs police responded to a 911 call and entered Ozuna’s home after hearing screaming inside, according to the department’s account of the incident. Officers, the release said, “witnessed the suspect grabbing the victim by the neck and throwing her against a wall. … In addition to the strangulation attempts, the suspect also struck the victim with his arm which had a cast from a previous injury.”

Well, this result made this morning’s buttery croissants especially delicious, all three of them.

    Rah Cardinals.

What say we make it a sweep today?

Good win for the team. Tyler is on fire lately. This is the potential he showed at Memphis way back in 2018 and when it clicks, he’s a complete player. Hopefully we can finish off the Dbacks today and stay ahead of the Scrubs.

Only Cardinal pitcher to not walk anyone (drum roll) Tyler Webb.

Based on the box score, Waino gave us 4 good innings and struggled a bit further before giving way to the pen. Not what you want from a front end starter. Happy he got the win this time.

Really great to see O’Neill with 3 hits.
It would be nice to see him settle with consistency into that #5 slot.

I’d say O’Neill’s audition is going rather well. He now leads the club in OPS+ (157) this season. Two days ago he was a career 99 ops+, this morning he is a career 105. That’s how small his career sample is, still less than a full season of PA’s.

He’s starting to rise to his potential.
Really good to see. We need his production badly, to lengthen the lineup and provide protection for NA.
