Also BSSW+ in Oklahoma and Arkansas and BSSO in TN, KY and MSIt’s hard to tell from the Doppler radar what the weather in St. Louis is going to be like. There’s a big pile of green stuff just south of St. Louis and it looks like there might be some hit-and-miss clouds around the St. Louis area. With any luck we will get this one in. It sure is windy here in SW Indiana. And alot of green stuff headed our way.
Din-din today at first pitch will once again be a couple of center cut rib chops in the air fryer along with some sliced potatoes in gravy, green beans, some Prairie Farm’s chocolate milk, and some homemade ice cream that I have left. Plus, as usual, me and Whitey Herdog will be on the couch tuning in along with a big 7×50 Palma Real cigar.

Rats, the rain looks to be heading south of St Louis so unless something pops up, they should get this one in.
Here 10 miles SW of Busch the weather is exactly the same as the other day when they had the sprinkle delay and postponement. No reason to call a game doesn’t mean they wont.
Looks like it’s headed our way here in SW Indiana.
Baton down the hatches, Rat….but leave the pooch outside for a well deserved shower. Din-din my way today is looking like Ruth’s Chris Steak House, for Mother’s Day. I usually opt for the Tomahawk Ribeye, lobster bisque soup, creamed spinach souffle, water and on the way back to the ranch, I’ll swing by Popeye’s to snag myself 3 apple cinnamon pies for dessert.
In a game where you’d expect runs aplenty, I think not. My total runs scored for this game sits at a most meager 6. Go Birds!
Here, 4,000 miles east of Busch, Skies are overcast with thunderstorms, and possibly some hail, forecast later this the evening, which should not have an impact on today’s game.
Din-din this evening was simple lamb chops with baked potatoes and carrots cooked with butter and onions, and we finished off the rice pudding left from yesterday.
Let’s finish off these Rockies soundly tonight, perhaps with a bit less last-minute drama.

Great job by waino, I have no problem with shildt leaving him to face blackmon but he’s obviously done now. Bullpen got to come in and do it’s job. It’s old school closing. Runners on and game on the line. Can they handle it.
