ParticipantCan we close it out.
September 18, 2021 at 9:13 pm #172744I was going to say…. let’s watch the Umpire get Righteous now that we’re the ninth.
Unbelievable…. Myers at bat…. pitch outside that was strike all night…. BALL.
Myers grounds out to second… 1 out!!!!
Come on Gallegos…. don’t over pitch…. pitch your game!!!!!
2 outs!!!!!!! Come on guys!!!!!
YES!!!! YES!!!!! YES!!!!! BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome win!!!!!!!!!!
September 18, 2021 at 9:16 pm #172745Must’ve felt good for O’Neill. He’s been Cuzzi’s primary molestee with 3 called strikes way out of the zone, 2 of them for strikeouts.

stlcard25ParticipantWhat a win!! 3-2 and the Cards move a little closer to postseason magic.
September 18, 2021 at 9:19 pm #172747You know, we could end up running away with this thing.

stlcard25ParticipantCards now two games up in the WC. Would be great to finish off the sweep tomorrow and put a little more distance there.
September 18, 2021 at 9:25 pm #172750That was a close one. Don’t forget Waino keeping them down within reach. Really wondering why we only had 3 hits off the Karate Kid? Congrats to team but we just barely pulled that one out. Lets start hitting again tomorrow. Go Cardinals!
September 18, 2021 at 9:25 pm #172751I love Tyler’s reaction after the home run….. “Come On Baby…. Come On Baby…. Come On Baby”!!!!!!!!
🙂 🙂 🙂
September 18, 2021 at 9:27 pm #172752I missed the game tonight. Was Erica Weston on the pre/post game tonight?

September 18, 2021 at 9:33 pm #17275340,626 attendance. It is worth noting that we did not walk anyone. Did not see Erica.
September 18, 2021 at 9:40 pm #172754Horton and McLaughlin made a good point about crediting the Cards’ bench with O’Neill not getting tossed after the second egregious strikeout looking. I was thinking somebody on the Cards’ side was going to blow up sooner or later. O’Neill was giving Cuzzi the business and the dugout reacted quickly telling him to get to the bench. If Cuzzi had ejected him, Cards most likely lose.
September 19, 2021 at 1:47 am #172757Tyler is having a good season. We need to do what he’s been doing and have others help out. Regardless he has turned some doubters around a bit. Now if he can build on that we have a player not only in LF and RF at the plate.
September 19, 2021 at 4:28 am #172758Tyler O’Neill went through some rocky moments in his young career with the Cardinals, which makes it such a pleasure to watch him come around these days to be a significant offensive factor.
Rah Tyler, Rah Cardinals!

ParticipantThis is the type of game we should have been winning all year. This season has been filled with some ups and some big disappointments that left the most die-hard fans tuning out on the team. No matter the outcome…. the Cards have comeback to make it interesting which is more than most expected. The next two weeks should have even the casual fans watching the scoreboards.
Monday has:
STL @ MIL
ATL @ ARI
CIN v PIT
PHI v BAL
SDP OFF…. v SF on Tue.
We could use us some spoilers.September 19, 2021 at 12:36 pm #172775https://mobile.twitter.com/UmpScorecards/status/1439600570499616784
