What is the deal with Edman at 3B? Something doesn’t look right
The SSS last year made him look better than he really is? There is a reason he was thought of as a 2nd baseman for much of his career.
Cabrera now chucking it all over the place. These guys trying to get cute with a 5 run lead need to stop it.
Had to get Cabrera out of there. You can’t fool around with a lead like that. With a lead, walks can be crippling.

Wieters has dropped a lot of pitches this inning. Granted, they’re moving a lot but he makes me nervous.

I was lambasted on Yahoo last year suggesting DeJong at 3rd. carp out. Edman-SOSA with speed range should take SS. I realize you don’t want to make a hole to fill a hole but…..if DeJong would go for it? STL needs a real 3B.

DeJong would look good at 3B if we could acquire Lindor over the winter. On the other hand I don’t want to block Gorman.
