Why the hell did Matheny leave Weaver in to start the 6th inning? Why?! What is the reasoning behind that boneheaded brain-dead decision?
Ozuna with the triple and then Yadi, Gyorko and Muñoz can’t drive him in. Gotta get that insurance run, guys!

Every time he messes up he ends up getting the win.
Some nice clutch hitting there against a really good closet. Overall good pitching outside of Norris’ blown save. Rain delay right befor he came in couldn’t have been good.
Go Cards!
The last out is always the toughest. Ozuna, Molina, Gyroko clutch at bats in the 10th, that was good to see.
I always get a kick out of the premature wailing and complaining after the Cards pull out a victory.
It seems like even when Norris blows the save the team picks him up. Good to see and a win is a win. Win two more and you cant complain with the last week of results
It’s it premature to whine and complain that this bullpen sucks.
However we can whine all we want. Aftet the foolish spending on 3 arms the last 2 seasons were pretty much stuck with what we have. They one spend much more esecially seeing the results so far. Norris hopefully can get his battery recharged.
