Romero is the #2 prospect in Twins system.

The team looks lethargic. It doesn’t look they had much sleep.

Sherriff has absolutely nothing. He isn’t fooling the Twins hitters one little bit.

Single (runner thrown out at home by Bader)

Meanwhile the Cubs are feasting on Marlins pitching: Cubs leading 14-2 bottom 8th

Cards head to bottom 8th trailing 0-6

Badger really plays all out. He’s fun to watch.

Carpenter with yet another 0fer. What is the over/under and either he or Fowler hitting .220 before June 7th?

Also how does an organization not have a catching prospect that can hit their weight in the wings when the starter gets hurt or retires.

It sucks they had to send Mayers down. He wont be available for 10 days now. Brebbia should get called up and Sherriff optioned back to Memphis. He hasn’t shown much since coming off the DL.

Clunker game last night. But that happens in the course of the long season.

Hopefully today we see better results with Martinez throwing.

This game looked like the movie “The Hangover”. Pretty lethargic play after 5 exciting games in a row.

We were due for a lethargic game after the emotional weekend. Time to pick it back up though.

as many had said…after the emotion and innings pitched in the last series combined with the top prospect new pitcher going against us the outcome we got was pretty foreseeable…

same goes for the Cubs rout they inflicting yesterday too…

hopefully it was just a blip…

We really do need to be prepared for poor play while Yadi is out…even him not on the bench is a big deal…if we can go .500 while he is away i will call that a victory

It isn’t because of the hangover of 5 straight games. John Gant was pitching, we had a limited bullpun and this offense has sucked for over a week now. The offense is what is dragging this team down.
