Arenado plus his contract is not a hot commodity whatever the unrealistic dreamers try to tell us. He will likely have to be moved along with something somebody wants. Hopefully that will not be a young piece, which leaves Helsley’s arm or Contreras’s bat. I think there are still arms and bats out there that do not require taking on Arenado’s contract, so I don’t look for anything to heat up any time real soon. Bill is smart enough not to let Mo trade away anything good without unloading that bad contract, so I don’t see too much happening for a while.
