I see it different, jj. As has been mentioned by others, Mo doesn’t want to go out with a horrible season, so that will temper the demo. 12 months from now, Bloom will be in charge, and the demo will take out whatever was propping up Mo’s hoped for dignified exit.
Its a delusional pipe dream, of course. The dignified exit.
On the optimism side, Mathews could emerge sometime this year, and McGreevy could be solid. A reliever could could emerge from the depths of the system. It’s hard to imagine anything good on the position player side. The progress will be more and better clip boards and lab coats in PD. Supposedly. And the multi million dollar taxpayer funded makeover of Roger Dean Stadium and the Jupiter complex is underway.
