I should clarify that I do not think anyone is being disingenuous, but getting the answer you want from stats seems to be part and parcel of looking to it for answers. I wonder how prevalent that very thing is within the Cardinals org, and others, that are convinced they’ve discovered the holy grail. Maybe BDW will one day understand that he has a handful of magic beans.
