Like someone else mentioned earlier this gives the Cardinals a lot of flexibility. Miller and Edman can play all over the field subbing for whoever is struggling at the plate. Shildt should have hundreds of different lineup scenarios.
While some of us wanted Joc Pederson I guess Miller is a cheaper option but with similar pop in the bat.
