bikemike, I agree Yadi is more of a “7th or 8th place batter”, but slotting him there would lower the successful sac bunt %, with him on 1B. If you’ll notice, we usually have a wong, bader and edman type footspeed batting seventh and eighth, in an effort to get a productive out from our pitchers.
I agree with the November FA signing of Yadi, following the Wainwright template.
