Fowler’s contract is still a drag for this team. With the money he is paid we could have signed a player that would actually help us out here. There must have been a clause in his contract that he plays X amount of games per season, if available. Outside of Mozeliak’s refusal to admit his gross error, I’m not getting why an under-average player can continue to get so much playing time. It hurts us.
