Well Cardinals Nation, we are less than an hour away from our Redbirds receiving their first October pitch in 4 years. After May and June, it didn’t look to promising that another year would be without postseason play but through it all as a team we are hear and maybe it was the play of a handful of players with some clutch hits and pitching performances from those unexpected players but regardless of how we got here, we are here and it’s not about the name on the back but the birds on the bat in the front. Throughout the season we at times have been spectators, critics, 2nd guessers, managers, pitching coaches, hitting instructors, scouts, but through it all ups, and downs, one thing that always remained the is our loyal and devotion to our Redbirds so no matter the outcome of the 2019 playoffs, we will be with them until the final pitch and prove yet again why we are the best fans in baseball.
