36. Steven Gingery – Received twice his 4th Round slot value ($825K) to sign even though he was recovering from Tommy John surgery at the time of the draft. Nobody is saying if he was injured for all of the 2019 season, or if he was just building his body up to where he could pitch at the MLB level. He’s a lefty, and if he’s healthy next season, he could move up 15 – 20 places in this ranking.
