Who is in charge of handling all the money the Cardinals have? I assume they have a staff that takes care of the millions and millions of dollars that they deal with.

My career is financial accounting, Rats. The bulk of my career has been in corporate accounting and finance. I am now semi retired and contract my services. My recent experience has been with smaller private firms as well as corporate enterprises in various industries.

Thus the answer to your question is that the Cardinals undoubtedly have an Accounting/Finance department that manages the financial books. Usually a VP or Controller heads the group, with various levels of management under them, and staff personnel below that.

The primary responsibilities are likely keeping the general ledger balanced and recording everything in the proper “bucket”, and budget/forecasting projections. And periodically they likely do analysis looking at actual financial data to budgets and forecasts.

Here is a list of their financial department. I am sure this department, like all of the others, ultimately report to the DeWitts.
