December 27, 2018 at 10:29 am #78667Within an hour of my posting the above, the following interview ran, in which Pham undoubtedly endeared himself to Rays’ fans. He just can’t help himself. No filter at all.
I am guessing if they have a Winter Warm-Up, he won’t be going.
Tommy Pham misses #Cardinals fans

stlcard25ParticipantHa!! That’s great…I appreciate Tommy’s ability to speak whatever he’s feeling. I may not always agree, but he’s an interesting guy.
I’m sure Rays fans will forgive him if he puts up 5-6 WAR in 2019.
December 27, 2018 at 10:42 am #78670And if not, he will be traded somewhere else where he can do it all over again.
December 27, 2018 at 2:38 pm #78689Tommy Pham is like the Al Bundy of baseball. He completely wears out his welcome where he goes. Lots of Rays fans are very unhappy today and Tommy isn’t helping matters by replying to them the only way he knows how…by being a jerk.

jj-cf-stlParticipantCurious why O’Neill was the cover photo choice?
January 1, 2019 at 8:18 am #79005jj, if you check out the article, it will make sense.

jj-cf-stlParticipantBetter read it again, cause i missed it.

ParticipantO’Neill wasn’t even mentioned in the story. We all know who the poster-boy for the 2018 disappointing season is and there is no doubt about it.
January 1, 2019 at 9:56 am #79015My choice of photos consisted of only one of the Brewers celebrating at Busch that included any Cardinals. Otherwise, it would have just been Brewers jumping around with no clarity as to the location. O’Neill fanned swinging to end the clincher, so he was in the foreground. Ideally, he would have been blurry with the focus on the Milwaukee players, but like I said, this was my best/only choice.
There was already a top 10 story about your least favorite player, Ny, but he was not the story of the year. However, the names of the players I felt were greatest disappointments were duly noted in the article.
I am hoping that once the hangovers pass, that 2019 will be a more positive one for all. Happy New Year!
