Attended last night’s game. I usually attend 2-3 games when St. Louis is in town, but only once this time. At least I picked the one and only game that we’ll win in this series. Milwaukee unfortunately will win tonight’s game. Let’s call it 7-3 Crew, with Burly muscling up with a long tater. Din-din tonight will be Buck’s ultra thin double cheese pizza with sausage and extra onions, garlic bread draped with mozzarella cheese and after picking up at Buck’s, I’ll swing on through the Popeye’s drive thru lane to snag myself 3 apple cinnamon pies.

Like Pugs, I usually hit a couple of games when the Cards are out here. Will have to see how it goes this year as both teams will be out of any post season contention by the=n. Well, the Rockies already are and the Cards are about there.

I tell you though, they have competed in this stretch of playing these .500+ teams. I expect Ollie to say, “Playing .500+ teams in September will really help us, I’ll tell you that!”

Scrolling back through Gamecast, I see Burly threw a runner out at home earlier.

Now it looks like Siani just tried to bunt with two strikes on him. There was a runner on and two down. That’s when you are admitting you have a prayer.

Burly threw to Winn, and Winn gunned him down. But Burly made a good relay.

Would like to see Walker adopt a stance more like Chourio. Well balanced, turns that front shoulder down in his approach. Jordan is way back and tends to fly open with that front hip and left shoulder.
