Pugs? You were right. The Evansville Memorial Tigers pounded the Jasper Wildcats last night. It was 30-0 after three quarters and I threw in the towel.

Next up next Friday are the Warriors from Evansville Harrison High School. They aren’t as good as Evansville Memorial.

And Watubi hit a walkoff grand slam in the last of the 9th with two outs. 7-3 the Doyers won over Tampa Bay at Doyer Stadium. He joins the 40-40 club now.

There’s Rat! Yeah a tough night for your boys, but things will get better for your Wildcats, so hang in there and keep going to their games. Will give you the winner of next week’s Jasper-Harrison game later in the week…..and next week I should hit the final score perfectly.

Kind of sad knowing that our 2024 game threads are starting to wind down. I’ve never had a baseball season fly by so quickly. Why is anyone’s guess?
