Fedde is averaging about 12 pitches an inning.
March 29, 2025 at 2:38 pm #278270
jj-cf-stlParticipant3 hard hit outs
March 29, 2025 at 2:53 pm #278271
jj-cf-stlParticipantHerrera w/a 2 strike rbi
March 29, 2025 at 2:54 pm #278272Curious if Fedde goes out for the 7th. He still has a nice and low pitch count, but at this point in the season pitchers are still building up to 100
March 29, 2025 at 3:03 pm #278273Noot!
March 29, 2025 at 3:04 pm #278274
jj-cf-stlParticipantThe K pitch to Winn was on the outside black, and he had already pulled off.
March 29, 2025 at 3:06 pm #278275Winn to me looks like he is really struggling to see the ball. Even when he swings his bat isn’t in a good path. Hopefully these guys get their eyes checked very often.
March 29, 2025 at 3:09 pm #278276
jj-cf-stlParticipantToday Winn is hunting inside. We know he can cover the outside easily. W/2 strikes = bad approach not to have the plate covered.
March 29, 2025 at 3:13 pm #278277Oli looking like a genius for putting noot leadoff.
Shade over 30K in the building today.
March 29, 2025 at 3:17 pm #278278Burlesonhas to quit making outs on the first pitch.
March 29, 2025 at 3:18 pm #278279
jj-cf-stlParticipantLower level looks good.
Burly chasing
March 29, 2025 at 3:19 pm #278280
jj-cf-stlParticipantTwins have 2 hits
March 29, 2025 at 3:21 pm #278281Chip being overdramatic over that Walker flyball. Lol
March 29, 2025 at 3:29 pm #278282
jj-cf-stlParticipantLabeled. A little too far inside.
March 29, 2025 at 3:31 pm #278283Safe as milk.
March 29, 2025 at 3:36 pm #278284
jj-cf-stlParticipantMuch better. Winn was willing to cover the outer half w/2 strikes.
March 29, 2025 at 3:41 pm #278285
jj-cf-stlParticipantA single followed by two walks….
March 29, 2025 at 3:43 pm #278286
stlcard25ParticipantContreras bailed that Twins pitcher out by swinging at everything. Now they can squirm out of it with one ground ball.
March 29, 2025 at 3:53 pm #278287
jj-cf-stlParticipantChunks his pitchcom and says you call it to the catcher. +1
March 29, 2025 at 4:00 pm #278288
stlcard25Participant2 down, 160 to go. Or 155 if you’re jj. Nice win, good work Fedde.
March 29, 2025 at 4:08 pm #278289Nice win! I was working in the garage doing some cleanup and a couple of projects, so listened to the KMOX broadcast rather than watch.
Some good cluth hitting in these first two. Seems like Contreras is way off, but will get into a groove at some point. Meanwhile Nootbaar and Arenado are off to good starts, not to mention Herrera and the pitching staff.
March 29, 2025 at 4:32 pm #278292
jj-cf-stlParticipantYou sure?
I’m not 25! Still working on Feede’s name, but what a fine start by him and good team D today.March 29, 2025 at 5:10 pm #278293Rats: They currently lead the Brewers 7-3 in the 2nd.
They hung 21 on ’em!(Judge went deep thrice)
March 29, 2025 at 5:20 pm #278294Did you know?
The Cardinals went two years without holding first place on their own. They went from the final day of 2022 until this Thursday without being alone in first, even one day. The streak has been broken.
March 29, 2025 at 5:40 pm #278296Agree BicycleMike! The pitching and defense looked good from what I was able to see. Nice to see the offense click.
