Cards lead 3-1 midway through five. Two runs scored on an errant throw following a Wong swinging bunt. Weaver allowed an unearned run in two innings in his spring debut.

Nice to see a good outing by Leone.

IMO, based on what he did yesterday, Brebbia is the leading, young candidate for closer. Tui and Leone will have to chase him.
