On Monday, June 29, TCN is moving to a new host provider. As a result, there will be a period of time when the forums will be set to read only. That means no new comments will be allowed.
There may also be a short time when the entire site is unavailable. I will provide more details on timing when I can. We are working to make this go as smoothly as possible.
I thought this was going to be about Brian stepping back and one of his digital progeny, such as Kyle Reis, taking over the lead role. We’d last about 3 weeks with Kyle at the helm, I’m afraid (and I do enjoy Kyle on Wednesday with Walton and Reis!)…
Sorry for the delay. We should be good to go again now…
P.S. In case you were wondering why the site went read-only for a time. We had to take a snapshot of the old site to move to the new host. We took that snapshot at 10 a.m. Any changes to the site (new comments) after that would be made to the old site, but not be carried over to the new.
Now that is past us. The new site is up and running as expected.
Be aware that some may see a security warning on your browser. That is a temporary mismatch as the new site location is being propagated across the net. It should disappear in a few hours.
Thanks, BW. When I saw the announcement that said no comments, replies or new topics on the open forum, I sent an email that read, “Say it ain’t so, Joe”…I’m pleased to say that you can disregard that email!
