Ny is right on. Unlike Scout, which had a worthless search engine, there are two separate search functions here and both are pretty good.
As noted, the forum search can be accessed via the FORUMS page at the upper right in the red bar. At the upper far right corner is a blue magnifying glass. That is the search for articles and content on the site itself.
Definitely please use them!

Participantb Walton, I didn’t mean to say you were complaining. I just feel you are the person putting in the effort so I feel whatever you decide is best. I haven’t been on this site during the season so I cant say how it was good or bad. its nice that you are asking for thoughts. before mlb just more less gave the finger to everyone, a lot of us were using the news feeds to communicate our thoughts on stuff during the games. I liked that. being able to watch the game and discuss it at the same time was great. its why I would prefer individual game threads. either way I cant wait, its gonna be fun being on this board for the season. im even giddy for the spring game on tv this Saturday which I usually don’t get too much into the spring games. im still not 100 percent sure the cardinals have done enough to change their fortunes but the coming of spring breeds hope.

March 26, 2019 at 2:12 pm #84734Everyone who chose to had their say, but as folks can see, there was nowhere near a consensus approach. As a result, my decision is to continue as in 2018. Separate MLB game threads and one minor league thread per day. Thanks for your feedback and I hope you contribute to the game threads this season.
March 27, 2019 at 11:42 am #84785I like individual MLB game threads, but maybe once a week minors game thread?
I don’t need the first post in any game thread to have all the information as long as it gets in there sometime before the start of the game, whether that is by Brian or someone else
I think the Spring Training one game thread thing went well, but i can say I didnt always go very far back in it to see what i had missed…i dont do that on daily threads i always try to read everything previous before i post
