Yadi, obviously, wants to manage a big league ball club. I fully expect that he will be managing for the Angels in a year or two. I also expect that Cerfolio and Flores will be moving to Anaheim soon. I don’t see Enos having the patience to build from within. So we’ll have to see how that works out.
This current movement to build from within will likely increase salaries for scouts. But not so much for front office personnel, IMO. Scouts are already grossly underpaid, front office personnel are not.
