O’Reilly continues to impress. Even more so because he was drafted in the 27th round of the ’16 draft. He defies that fact and perhaps doesn’t think of, his draft status or just feels that he is better than those picked much earlier on. No one can predict how far up he can rise in the organization, but so far he can be very proud of what he has accomplished. The same can be said of Andy Young, who is now one level below O’Reilly, and was also drafted in ’16 but in the 37th round. That’s one reason why keep an extra special eye on these two and wish them well.
