Peoria should be going with Leahy since Baird pitched last night against the Lugnuts.

That is right. I misread the team’s list. Thanks for the correction.

This was announced back in March but why are the Clinton Lumberkings having a Tyler O’Neill bobblehead night tomorrow night? Because he looks like a lumberjack maybe?

I think the Lumberjacks are in the Marlins system.

O’Neill played with Clinton in 2014. Since then, organization affiliations have changed, but minor league fans follow players more than MLB organizations.

For example, even though they haven’t been with the Cubs for years, Peoria will celebrate Cubs players who played with them every now and then.

Peoria lost their 11th straight last evening. Yikes!

Nice day for Carlson. He loves Springfield and just keeps hitting.

The Gorman ejection…any news on what for? Frustration over his bad start with PB may be boiling over for the kid. Nice bounce back in game 2 for him.

He struck out all four times and the last time, probably said the magic words to the umpire.
