Reyes is ready. Is there a need for him to really pitch next week in Memphis? Put Leone or Gregerson on the 60-day and activate Reyes.

Yeah yeah yeah Brian. I got ahead of myself when I posted that last night. MLB and their pesky rules…sheesh.
Notice that after running wild on the “bad defensive catcher” on Thursday night, Colorado Springs neither stole or even attempted to steal a base in either half of the double-header last night? Maybe something to do with the pitchers?
A really good catcher (Yadier Molina) can keep baserunners honest but I’d have to think its the pitchers who control the running game.
The danger of looking at small amounts of data and drawing conclusions… Molina is 0-for-7 against baserunners this season.
