Draft Lottery

To me the draft lottery is the most interesting evolvement to come out of the CBA. I’m surprised to see no discussion on the matter. It starts next year, no?

I dont plan on the Cards being bad enough tô participate

18 teams qualify that don’t make postseason. I think they will.

I didn’t realize that all non playoff teams were eligible. I still think that the Cards won’t be in the lotto most years. An interesting twist would be to give one randomly selected playoff team a higher pick every year (like #5-7), as a bonus for not purposely trying to suck.
