    Looks like having an exact and consistent strike zone led to more strikeouts at AAA and they are fiddling with how to set up the top and bottom of the zone.

    I say figure it out and bring it on.

    Although I think it’ll undoubtedly help create a consistently uniform strike zone, for some reason I just don’t like it. Maybe it’s because I get the feeling that no one will ever again argue a ball or strike call. It just doesn’t seem like baseball.

    It doesn’t appear to me that robo umps will be happening anytime soon. I think they are just going to use the challenge system on balls/strikes like they do other plays.

    Really? I hadn’t heard or read anything about that until seeing your comment, gscottar. That ought to speed things up quite a bit…Haha!
