Who is ATH, the first series in September?
July 18, 2024 at 12:52 pm #260793The homeless ATHletics.
July 18, 2024 at 12:57 pm #260794I figure ATH is the As, not knowing what the city might be.
July 18, 2024 at 1:53 pm #260796Opening with 9 inter-league games seems weird.
July 18, 2024 at 2:48 pm #260801The A’s will be in Sacramento next year, at least as of today.
July 18, 2024 at 5:50 pm #260814There’s only one guaranteed series sweep that I see on this 2025 schedule…..May 26-28. Sadly, the way time is flying, we’ll be opening the campaign vs Minnesota before we know it. I long for those summers in the 70’s and 80’s……where they seemed to last an eternity.
July 30, 2024 at 1:43 pm #262244It is never too early to start taking in money. 2025 season tickets are now on sale!
November 20, 2024 at 11:47 am #272081The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that select tickets for the 2025 regular season, including All-Inclusive and Single-Game tickets for all home games, will be available as part of the team’s Red Friday on-sale this Friday, November 22, at 10 AM CT.
Fans can find more information and make their Red Friday ticket purchases at cardinals.com/redfriday. Tickets can also be ordered via phone at 314-345-9000 or at the Busch Stadium Ticket Windows along 8th Street Monday through Friday from 10AM-5PM.
December 3, 2024 at 2:22 pm #272687From the Cardinals:
Theme Tickets for 10 of the most popular 2025 events, including Star Wars™ Day, Margaritaville® Night, St. Louis Blues Night, Pride Night and Harry Potter Night, are on sale now at cardinals.com/theme.
The early on-sale arrives just in time for Theme Ticket fans’ holiday shopping schedule. Theme Tickets are customized promotions that allow fans to celebrate common interests while enjoying access to a unique promotional item and/or exclusive pregame event.
In addition to the aforementioned events, Theme Tickets for Military Appreciation Night, Sesame Street Day, Christmas in July, Peanuts Night and Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day are on-sale now.
Additional Theme Nights will be announced in late January.
December 3, 2024 at 2:41 pm #272689I find it odd that none of the Theme Tickets are even remotely close to being any sort of theme that has anything to do with the game of baseball.
December 4, 2024 at 6:47 pm #272729I think that is sort of the point.
December 4, 2024 at 8:58 pm #272736Yeah, I guess the idea is to distract the fan’s attention away from the awful product that’s being presented on the playing field.
December 9, 2024 at 12:51 pm #272944From the Cardinals:
The St. Louis Cardinals today released its initial 2025 promotional schedule with over 30 giveaways for ticketed fans at cardinals.com/promotions.
This year’s promotional schedule features six bobblehead giveaways, including an Alec Burleson Ford Truck bobble (March 29), Brendan Donovan (May 3), Masyn Winn (May 24), Ozzie Smith (July 24), and a Chris Carpenter Cy Young 20th Anniversary bobble (August 15).
The 2025 promotional calendar is also loaded with over a dozen different wearable items (jerseys, hats, hoodies, etc.), including an Adult Mystery Cardinals Sweatshirt (April 11), Adult Replica City Connect Embroidered Jersey (April 26), Adult City Connect Polo (June 21), Adult Cardinals Retro Warmup (July 13), and Adult Cardinals Flannel (Sept. 21).
The organization will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the 1985 National League championship, presented by Heartland Coca-Cola, on Friday, September 5th with a special triple bobblehead.
Annual promotional dates for the Purina Pooches in the Ballpark game and Edward Jones Cardinals Hall of Fame Induction Day are scheduled for Saturday, April 12 and September 6, respectively, and will feature a Cardinals Pet Toy giveaway and a Cardinals Hall of Fame baseball card shirt.
Many fan-favorite and high demand giveaways return in 2025 including a Cardinals City Connect Tumbler (July 12), Cardinals Purse (August 17), and Adult Cardinals Jersey Hoodie (Sept. 20). New for 2025 is a Cardinals Reversible Bucket Hat (May 2), Cardinals Stuff Bag (May 4), Cardinals Neck Fan (June 6), and Cardinals Oversized Chain (July 9).
Seven unique promo giveaway dates for kids are scheduled too, including a Kids Brendan Donovan Headband (May 3), Kids Replica Masyn Winn City Connect Jersey (May 25), Kids Rawlings Baseball Glove (June 8), Kids Cardinals Basketball (July 13), and Build-A-Bear Workshop Bear (Sept. 7).
December 9, 2024 at 3:28 pm #272954Purina Pooches in the Ballpark Night…..I bet our very own Rat and his beloved pooch Whitey HerDog won’t miss this one. I can picture the two of them prancing around the bases as proud as peacocks……that alone may be worth the price of admission……so much so the they just might get an invite to return again at a later date. And then you have Purse Night on August 17th….that just might be right up Skinny Pimp’s alley…….only those of you that were here 17 years ago will remember Skinny.
January 28, 2025 at 7:28 pm #275485Does anyone recall the Cardinals ever offering a sale for Opening Day?

Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by the St. Louis Cardinals in its discretion. January 28, 2025 at 7:42 pm #275489It sounds like season ticket sales aren’t going to Dewitt’s plans. It will be really interesting to see the season tickets sold this year. Last year the tickets made it look fine, but the turnstyle counts would have been horrible. I imagine the tickets sold will show a dramatic drop and reflect reality more this year.
January 28, 2025 at 8:05 pm #275491I always check to see when we play out here, which this year is July 21-23. I figured that game on July 23, a Wednesday, will be an afternoon game which I will surely attend barring something big changing between now and then. Might hit the Monday or Tuesday game as well.
Course if both teams are somewhere around 20 games under .500 at that point, which the Rockies will likely be and we might not be too far above that, there could be better things to do. 🙂
