Probably. They need to turn him into a one inning guy this winter and get him up to the bigs before his arm is gone.

I had always seen it reported as shoulder tightness or shoulder/chest tightness. Who was selling it as a back injury?
Most recently, the Missions broadcaster. But the specific nature of the injury, whatever it is/was, is not central to my question.
