It’s not all that often where you witness 19 combined runs in a game….yet there was only one inning where just 1 run was scored.

There’s a rather unheralded band from yesteryear that put out a few kick butt tunes. If you want to hear 2 dandies, strum up “Saved By Zero” and “Red Skies At Night” by The Fixx.
Almost couldn’t buy an out in the last half of the ninth. Good golly. Our bullpen is either lava hot or cold as ice. leaky pen right now…Gallegos call up might help…still, everyone in the pen is a little down right now… not many options for who may step up…lots of guys to try but no one dominating
I think you go back to Norris next time there is a chance, him or Hicks seem the most groomed for the role and Hicks still has trouble throwing strikes

Pugs…. Big Fixx fan here. Red Skies and Saved By Zero on that album were great… I have the vinyl from ’82. The Red Skies video with Cy Curnin was special. Now its running through my head…. going to youtube now.
Anyway, we need to win games like last night’s. It was imperative to stop the 3-game slide. The offense covered up the lack of the performance of the guys running to the mound.
