Great story 1TD. Yeah, I recall many times when the prime Pujols rose to the occasion. But alas as we know, even the best fail 65 to 70 percent of the time.
I remember as a kid a buddy of mine struck out in a big situation in a little league game – and he was a good hitter. The coach just put his arm around him and said, “Dont worry Tom – Babe Ruth struck out three times for every home run he hit.” 😀
