I was just joking before. I don’t think a coach (Yadi) would (or should) have much influence in how Bloom sets his roster. As a first baseman now, Contreras probably isn’t going to care all that much one way or the other about Yadi being in house. If anything, he might be happy if he thinks Molina can help them win more games. Folks can say what they want about Contreras, but to me, he seems genuinely committed to being a Cardinal.
