1TD – He’s actually been kind of bad since coming back. OPS in the .600 range. But he looks back fully tonight.
Ugh – Burleson bounces into a well-played double play with the bases juiced to end our 8th inning threat. That’s twice tonight we got the bases loaded with 1 out and zero runs both times. Helsley coming on to try to save it against some tough hitters.
On a side note – Peoria with a fun night tonight. They got down 5 runs early and came back to score the final 9 runs to win 9-5.
