When Granillo has pitched in AAA, the more advanced hitters just wait him out because he has trouble throwing strikes. Check out his BB/9 in Memphis. Check out his BB/9 in general, and note that there has been no improvement. The high K rate is intoxicating, though. He may well get a chance this year, but I think he will have trouble with ML hitters.
