On Monday afternoon, I joined Ken Miller and his co-host Trent Condon in the newest installment of our long-running series to discuss the St. Louis Cardinals in the Des Moines radio market and on the internet. The two anchor The Ken Miller Show with Trent Condon at KBGG 1700 AM Radio.
As one would imagine, I recapped the Cardinals’ recent action. The overall NL Central picture with almost one-fourth of the season elapsed was covered and we dug deep into the potential pitching changes with Alex Reyes, Jack Flaherty and Adam Wainwright among prime subjects. The catching situation was also discussed.
We then revisited an old friend, Matt Adams, as I pooh-pooh their “What if?” thoughts about if Adams had remained a Cardinal.
