The St. Louis Cardinals system went 4-0 on Sunday, all in one-run games. The Cardinal Nation’s Player of the Day, Max Rajcic, tossed six no-hit innings with five strikeouts for Palm Beach. Other standouts include Masyn Winn, Pedro Pagés, Luis Rodriguez and Lizandro Espinoza.

The Memphis Redbirds (31-26) edged the Omaha Storm Chasers (KC, 23-32) on Sunday night at Werner Park.
Starter Connor Thomas only pitched 1 1/3 innings and surrendered three runs, two earned, on two hits, a walk and two strikeouts. Grant Black yielded two runs in two innings of relief.
Omaha scored three runs between the first and second innings. The Redbirds got on the board in the fourth after Iván Herrera singled to make the score 3-1. The Storm Chasers scored two more runs in the bottom half.
Kyle Leahy struck out two in 2 2/3 scoreless innings. Dalton Roach recorded a scoreless seventh inning. JoJo Romero earned his first win of the year after he tossed two scoreless innings.
The Redbirds started to make a comeback in the final innings. In the eighth, Kramer Robertson plated one via single. Errol Robinson walked with the bases loaded and Masyn Winn tied the game with a single. Juniel Querecuto brought across a run in the ninth to take the lead 6-5.

Winn went 2-for-5 with two RBI and extended his hitting streak to 12 games. Robertson had two hits and Herrera went 1-for-3 with two walks, an RBI and two runs. The lineup went 5-for-15 with runners in scoring position.
On the base paths, Robertson and Herrera both stole a bag. The defense turned three double plays.
Memphis went 4-2 against Omaha this week. They are in third place and are two games behind first-place St. Paul in the International League West.

The Springfield Cardinals (23-28) topped the Amarillo Sod Poodles (ARI, 23-28) at Hodgetown on Sunday.
Logan Gragg went six innings and was charged with five runs on eight hits. The right-hander fanned six.
The Cardinals struck in the first inning with two runs. Mike Antico tripled to lead off the game and Nick Dunn drove him in with a single. Pedro Pagés brought in another run to make the score 2-0. Amarillo responded with a run in the home half and four in the fifth inning.
In relief, Jose Martinez tossed a scoreless seventh inning. Logan Sawyer pitched two scoreless innings with two hits and four strikeouts to earn his second 2023 win.
Springfield came back in the final four innings with one run in each of them. Pagés blasted a solo homer in the sixth, his fifth of the season. Justin Toerner doubled in the seventh to plate a run. In the eighth, Irving Lopez walked with the bases loaded to tie the game. Chandler Redmond gave the Cardinals the lead in the ninth via single.
Pagés went 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBI. Jacob Buchberger had the only other multi-hit game with two. Antico tripled, walked twice and came across twice. The lineup recorded 10 hits and eight walks in the contest.
Arquímedes Gamboa and Antico both stole a bag. Antico also had an outfield assist in center field.
The Cardinals went 2-4 versus Amarillo this week. They are in third place and 12 games back of first place in the Texas League North.

Peoria 6 at Wisconsin 5 (10 innings)
The Peoria Chiefs (23-28) defeated the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers (MIL, 18-32) in extra innings at Fox Cities Stadium.
Starter Tink Hence pitched a career-high five innings and yielded a solo home run, two hits and one walk. TCN’s no. 3 prospect fanned two.
Peoria struck first after Luis Rodriguez doubled in the second to score a run. Wisconsin tied the game in the third. In the sixth, Osvaldo Tovalin doubled in a run and Rodriguez tripled to take the lead 4-1. The Timber Rattlers responded again in the bottom half to tie the game.

Coming off the IL, Zane Mills only went 2/3 of an inning and surrendered three runs on four hits. Matt Hickey was touched for a run in 1 2/3 innings on three hits and a walk and Nathanael Heredia pitched a scoreless inning. Gustavo Rodriguez recorded a scoreless 1 2/3 innings with a strikeout.
Darlin Moquete gave the Chiefs a lead in the seventh via sacrifice fly but Wisconsin tied it again in the eighth. In the 10th, Thomas Francisco drove in the go-ahead run to take the lead 6-5. G. Rodriguez closed it down in the 10th with a 1-2-3 inning.
L. Rodriguez doubled, tripled and drove in three runs. Tovalin went 2-for-5 with a double, one RBI and a run. Victor Scott II tripled, walked and came across once. The lineup left eight runners on base and went 2-for-11 with runners in scoring position.
On the base paths, Tovalin took two bags. Scott stole his 39th base of the season.
Peoria went 2-4 versus last-place Wisconsin this week. They dropped to fifth place and are six games behind first-place Cedar Rapids in the Midwest League West.

The Palm Beach Cardinals (30-21) beat the Daytona Tortugas (CIN, 21-30) on Sunday at Roger Dean Stadium.
Starter Max Rajcic pitched six no-hit innings with five strikeouts for the Beach Birds. TCN’s no. 19 prospect earned his fifth win after he threw 43 of 69 pitches for strikes.

The first run of the game came off the bat of Adanson Cruz in the fifth. After a 10-pitch at-bat, the first baseman drove in a run with a sacrifice fly to take a 1-0 lead. Palm Beach scored seven runs in the sixth inning.
Alex Iadisernia came across on a wild pitch and Chris Rotondo walked with the bases loaded. Cruz singled to plate one and Brandon Hernandez walked with the bases loaded. Lizandro Espinoza doubled to clear the bases and make the score 8-0.
The bullpen had a rough day for the Cardinals. Joseph King yielded three runs in 1 2/3 innings on four hits and two strikeouts. Chandler Arnold surrendered two unearned runs and could not record an out. Tanner Jacobson had a scoreless 1/3 of an inning and Edwin Nunez recorded his fourth save after he gave up two runs in the ninth to make the score 8-7.
Espinoza had three hits, a walk and recorded three RBI. Won-Bin Cho continued his hot streak after he went 3-for-5 with a double and a run. Rotondo went 2-for-4 with a walk, two runs and one RBI. The lineup collected 12 hits and 10 walks in the contest.
Rotondo stole a bag. Espinoza was caught stealing and picked off. R.J. Yeager and Hernandez both committed throwing errors.
Palm Beach went 4-2 against the Tortugas this week. They are atop the Florida State League East by one game over Jupiter.
