Back in April, the folks at Bovada.lv provided a set of odds on a number of Major League Baseball-related races. I updated them back in June, August and again earlier this month.
On Wednesday, they provided a refresh, which follows.
In this installment, we look at the odds to win the National League Central, the two league championships and the World Series.
In the American League, the Detroit Tigers yielded the top position they held all season to the surging Boston Red Sox. The Oakland A’s have improved while the Rangers have slipped in recent days.
The Los Angeles Dodgers remain the National League favorite, improving their odds. Atlanta dropped a bit while the Cardinals improved a tick.
For the National League Central title, the Cardinals have strengthened their odds to 2/3. To win the League and World Series, the club sits at 9/2 and 10/1, respectively.
