The 24-year-old stepped into the batter’s box with runners at first and second with one out, and moved both runners into scoring position on a soft groundout to the catcher.

The right-handed hitter grounded into a forceout in the eighth, but reached first base to break the double-play attempt. In the ninth, Honeyman stepped to the plate with a runner at second and one out and popped out to the second baseman, with the Solar Sox getting the forceout at second for a double play.
