Cardinals 2018-2019 Minor League Free Agents Declare

The minor league portion of the 2018-2019 free agent season got under way on Friday, November 2, when eligible players officially became free to negotiate with other organizations. This includes eight now-former St. Louis Cardinals farmhands.
