The fact that Hudson was pulled yesterday, uninjured, and that he was receiving hugs from everyone was certainly telling. In fact, below is Goulds article citing the details.

So that begs the questions of a couple possibilities:

A) Most likely he is being promoted soon.

B) He is being traded, but not likely given MO’s latest comments about their prospects.

Most likely he is coming up to take a spot start or going to the pen due to someone being DFA’d or sent down.

Hope a reliever (or 3) are being DFA’d, or outrighted whatever is possible. What are ramifications of Sheriff being moved to 60 day DL, since he is on Memphis roster? He’d accrue MLB time, I guess, closer to arbitrations?
