Low probability of a win, I think. Unless Weaver can go long enough to avoid long relief. I can’t remember a time when the Brewers were better than us. Bad year all around.
Weaver gives up a solo shot in the bottom half of the first.
Gyorko led off the second with a single, Yadi followed with a double, Martinez with a walk and Voit with a groundout.

Edmonds says he had a long talk w/Grichuk before the game about batting, and gave him a few pointers. But Grichuk looks totally outclassed at the plate tonight.
Grichuk is one of those people that can’t think in the batter’s box.
He spent the offseason before this last one working with Piscotty, and it screwed him up. He talks to Edmonds, has 3K’s
After throwing 50 pitches in the first four innings, Weaver has thrown 42 in the last two.
About time to take him out.
At this point there’s almost no point in talking to him. Everyone has tried and most have failed. I think it’s best to let him do his own thing and see where it takes him.
It’s not in this teams nature to win 2 of 3 on the road against an opponent over .500. It the culture that’s been allowed to get out with 1 win in a 3 game road series.
