Cardinals Claim CF Michael Siani off Waivers from Reds

On Saturday, September 2, the St. Louis Cardinals claimed center fielder Michael Siani off waivers from the Cincinnati Reds and assigned him to Triple-A Memphis. Reliever Guillermo Zuniga was moved from the 15-day to the 60-day injured list.
