Jordan Walker started in center field and hit third for the home Rafters. In the first inning, Walker struck out swinging.
In his third inning plate appearance, Walker laced a single to left. He later scored on an error. Walker took his third plate appearance in the fourth inning and struck out swinging for the second time.
Walker’s fourth plate appearance was in the sixth. He grounded into an inning ending double play. Walker went to the plate for the fifth time in the eighth and smacked a two-run single up the middle to give the Rafters a two-run lead going into the ninth.
